In certain litigation cases, a surveying expert witness can be an invaluable resource to either side. They can provide expert knowledge and expertise by first identifying, introducing and authenticating documents and other information within the case that is relevant to boundary disputes, elevations and more.

Past cases include historical boundary retracements, exhibit preparation from ground-based or historical aerial surveys, 3D scans and supporting legal services including mediation, deposition, testimony, and appearances in a jury trial. Color/Photographic exhibits can be prepared and digital data and photos can be integrated to help clarify critical issues.
