How We Got Started
It was during his studies that Mehdi Hammou brought to life the concept of creating a placement agency to help students who struggled to find a job following his observance of certain shortcomings in the human resource industry. During the summer of 2011, The Student Employment Agency better known as l’Agence Emploi Etudiant was born in Montreal, Quebec, the ancestral stem of AEE Placement. Its main facet focused on the recruitment process of HR to solve the structural issue that resulted in the unemployment of advanced students and advanced degree holders due to the lack of long-term work experience. Following his desire to remedy this issue, Mehdi initiated a strategy that would ensure an association of compatible jobs and candidates and amalgamate several new careers following the order of persona and skills of candidates.
Today AEE Placement has more than 1000 employees in the healthcare industry and over $20 million in annual revenue.
