Downtown Vancouver Personal & Small Group Fitness Training Workouts Launched
The downtown Vancouver studio has introduced small group personal training sessions for young professionals looking to achieve optimum fitness with a minimal investment of time. Led by certified personal trainer Troy Tyrell, the studio employs its Gravity Training System, or GTS, to help clients increase their energy, strength, and endurance in as little as one hour-long session per week.

Tsquared Personal Training now offers 55-minute full-body, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that strengthen individuals’ lungs, heart, and muscles. These workouts are designed to improve both physical stamina and mental acuity. Clients with additional time may use the facility’s heated pool and jacuzzi.
There are many studies that demonstrate the impact of physical fitness on slowing neurological decline in older individuals – but only recently has research shown the brain-boosting effects of exercise on younger people. According to a large-scale study three years ago that examined the relationship between aerobic fitness and brain health, physically active young adults have higher reasoning skills than young people who are out of shape. The findings show that individual fitness levels may correlate with how well people’s brains perform, even when they are young and presumably in peak mental shape.
Tsquared Personal Training recognizes the tradeoffs young professionals must make in their lives and the calculations that must be made when juggling family, work, and social lives. As Mr. Tyrell studied under exercise specialists and naturopathic doctors, where he learned physio corrective techniques and postural analysis, he also prioritizes safety – giving guidance on proper form, posture, and technique. He also provides workouts that clients can do at home.
